Why do you need my information? |

During the Sign up process we ask only for your Name and Email address, this allows you access to log into the registered user section of our site and if you purchase any of our services we will upload your files to your name. Only occasionally do we send out promotional emails to our registered guest (approx 1-2 per year) at which time you will have the option to be taken off of our mailing list.

I registered with your site but never received confirmation. |

Once you fill out the registration and hit send, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with an activation link which will complete the process, this email is sent to the address which you have provided us. What if I need changes or have questions about my design? Do I have to pay again? |
|
|

Feel free to contact us if you have questions about or require changes to your design. We do not mind making initial changes for you free of charge as it is our job to meet your needs, however if clients start to take advantage or abuse this we will have to discuss a fee to accommodate an excessive number of changes. |

What if I require a decorating service that is not listed on your site? |
|
|
|

Because our decorators are certified and experienced in almost all aspects of decorating and design consultations it is usually possible for us to provide additional services not listed. In the past we have done lighting plans and kitchen and bath remodel plans. These are to be used as design concepts to be carried out by the appropriate professional. |

What if I don’t want to use a Benjamin Moore Paint colour? |
|
|
|
|
If you do not want to use Benjamin Moore products, we can also offer a selection of Sherwin William colours but you will need to specify this to your decorator when filling out our consultation forms. If neither of these brands suits you then you may consider going ahead with the colour consultation to use as a reference for shopping at your local paint store. Most Paint stores offer to “colour match” other companies colours. |

How do I pay for services? |

Our site uses the secure services of Pay Pal. You will be automatically redirected to the Pay Pal website for payment, where you can use several major credit cards. We understand that some clients may not use pay pal and you may contact us directly to see if we can come up with another solution. |

What if I don’t like the final results? |
|
|
|
|
If you are unhappy with the results that we submit to you, feel free to contact us and we can discuss making appropriate changes to meet your needs. We understand how personal design can be and appreciate feedback from the client. |

Do you need a floor plan from me? |
|
|
|
|
It helps if you can upload a floor plan, often clients just sketch one out and scan it to upload, however it is not necessary as we do provide a space for you to fill out room measurements. This applies to space planning services. |

What kind of photos should I be uploading? |
|
|
|
|
It is best to use jpeg format for all photos and it is best to make sure that all photos clearly depict your room. If you use four pictures try one of each wall or one from each corner of the room so that we can get a good idea of the space. For more information you can check out our “helpful hints” section. |

How do I access my files? |
|
|
|
|
At this point you will already be a registered user, in which case you will log in using your own username and password, once in the user menu you can click “my files” to view your project. This is an area of the site which is only available to you, your files will remain there and you can log on to view them as often as you like. If you purchase additional services in the future they will be added along side your previous rooms creating a collection of designs for you. |

Once I have purchased your services, how long should I expect to wait for my completed project? |
|
|
|
|
At this present time we guarantee that your room will be complete within 72hours of purchase, however we do reserve the right to change our guarantee based on the number of projects coming into our offices at one time. Once you purchase one of our services you will receive a note stating our present guarantee time. |

Yes, one of the benefits of working over the internet is that we are able to work very flexible hours and we understand that having clients anywhere in the world also means working for people in different time zones. |

Do you recommend actual furniture and where we can buy them? |
|
|
|

Normally we do not recommend actual furniture unless specifically requested to do so by the client. Because our services are available world wide it is sometimes hard to know where our client lives and whether brands that we may suggest would be available to them. |

Are you charging per room or per house? |
|
|
|
|
Our prices are per room. However for clients who are thinking of redecorating a number of rooms at the same time we can work out a price as a package deal, you can contact one of our decorators by email to work out a package to suit your needs. |

Do you have any samples of previous projects that you completed? |
|
|
|

Yes, you can view Samples of each service located under the "Assistance" menu on the left side. Also feel free to contact us for additional and more specific samples.

Do you use my current furniture to redecorate my house? |
|
|
|
|
It is really up to your specific decorating needs. Some clients require a room layout which uses all of their existing furnishings while others are looking for suggestions on which pieces they should purchase to complete a room and several clients like to use a combination of their furniture with the option of adding a few new pieces. |
